Don’t Trash Rantoul!

Tell the Village Board that we don’t need a garbage dump or waste transfer station in Rantoul!

Please send a message to Rantoul Village today not to trash Rantoul!

● Odor from the facility could negatively impact quality of life for all of us and will add to the burden already created by the pork processing plant

● Increased truck traffic and a poor setup could lead to trucks waiting on the public road - this could lead to traffic congestion, increased air pollution, and road safety issues

● The area around the proposed site currently includes a sporting facility used by hundreds of thousands of young people every year

● The area doesn’t need this dump - it is a poor use of space and resources
